History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has wavy black hair. His black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Gadreel never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. Her red hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: Jane is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Jane was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
