Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and is pretty ugly. She wears her chestnut hair up. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Griselda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she wants revenge against goblins

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
