History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Elama's homeland. Elama decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Karash was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
