History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Wiggan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Wiggan was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
