Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Spice Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
