Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Cloak has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
