History: He was born in a small island village. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Tomi was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tomi decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
