History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jade grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When Jade reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and money/treasure

This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
