Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Carrie was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.

He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pikar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Lia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
