Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Gadreel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gadreel decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Paelias liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Expand her business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is lengthy. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bhevek grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bhevek. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bhevek fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
