History: Luthra was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. His orange fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Windy hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dilettante. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss
