History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bilga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bilga. Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
