Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Direcris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This northern woman wears a violet tunic with red highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Agatha's homeland. Agatha decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
