Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. Personality: Pennie is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
