Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. After coming to the age of reason, Bulzo took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and River does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. River was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Body Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
