Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man wears just a black suit. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. She has moderate length black hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and revenge

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears baggy red pantaloons and a violet scarf. His silver hair is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
