History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Rose has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Eleanor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

He has a hunchback. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born in the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and white handkerchief worn on her right side. She has shaved her head bald. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
