History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Through the years after Ranala was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ranala's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Naeris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to share knowledge with the world
