The war was a terrible time for her, and Sarah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Sarah reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Personality: She is fixated on the number 18. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Volen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
