Personality: Qemuel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Qemuel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Qemuel. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and blue robe with the hood down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His gray fur is singed and shortened. He is baby faced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Shivering is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She has blue eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
