Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears long strands of topaz and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Volen managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Five will drive conversation. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Priest but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is content

Description: He stands about 5'8" and wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is long and unkept. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
