History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kaladan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Meena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and gnomish compassion

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His crest is short and rusty. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
