Description: An older woman who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull yellow iron scale mail, she is not a threatening figure. She keeps her black fur in a pixie cut. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her childhood dream was to be a Sellsword, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Shoemaker soon after.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing a long, yellow cloak. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Scribe, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: He tends to wear a large tan jacket. His hair is brown and curly. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Voice: Sounds elderly

Description: A 3'0" northern woman, she prefers to wear red clothing when she does not wear armor. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: Vani hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Vani lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Expand her business; and an old rival family wants her found
