Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a large yellow jacket. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. He has brown eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Chay isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chay does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chay was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and yellow handkerchief worn on her right side. She carries with her a set of swords, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She sports white long hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Vicky lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vicky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mindartis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
