History: He was born in a small plains village. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Vicky is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. After coming to the age of reason, Vicky took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
