History: River was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pelaios alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
