History: She was born in a small forest village. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: River was born with her father's beautiful face. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
