History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Gorgûm was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spice Merchant. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he wants revenge against illithids
