History: Lia hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
