Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His silver eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. He sports a flattop fur cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Revenge; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has wavy chestnut hair. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and sabotage a competitor
