Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
