History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thamuz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Kasdeya hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His dark red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Gardener, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Panana will drive conversation. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
