Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Eida and her spouse have recently divorced.
