Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Salasar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Salasar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
