History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dell will drive conversation. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Dell was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Balam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
