Description: She is in excellent shape and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her yellow fur is braided into rings. She has a dull look in her yellow eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Lone was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lone alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A plain young-adult man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Modean hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and revenge

Description: 3'1" and muscular, this eastern man wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He wears his blonde hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gildmak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
Motivation: Revenge.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'8" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His crest, while still mostly brass, has prominent grey streaks. He has red eyes.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to be a dilettante again
