History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Elizabeth was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by her family
