Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Barakas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Barakas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tattered old clothes. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Conrad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a flattop hair cut. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Qualen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He is a husky man, who is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His ears are large.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Sammal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
