Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Windy has worked very hard to control his curse.
