Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His rusty crest is greasy and uncared for. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Sethrekar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
