History: Nella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Ernest reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quelenna studied abroad. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by her family; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a grey feathered hat and grey clothes. She has styled her black hair well, parting it to the right. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Balifra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Balifra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
