Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joser embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
