History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a red vest and prefers green and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kelter took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
