History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Perra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents enrolled her in a Monk school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
