History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lezre grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lezre. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
