History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. River was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Baradad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
