History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Veloptima hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
