History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Efferil will drive conversation. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
