Description: Runty and weak-looking, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He dresses like a well dressed Guard does. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Gifted from a young age, Mreksh studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Guard and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. He worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Tailor.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.
