Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: An older woman who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, she is not a threatening figure. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Trym abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born in the west. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she would like to get married and retire
